Bridging the divide between academic law and professional practice at all stages of your career, The College of Law is the academy of the practising legal profession and the largest provider of practical legal training in Australasia.

We prepare new entrants to the legal profession with the sound legal knowledge, broad conceptual understanding, practical skills, and ethical awareness to not only solve legal problems but also protect just practice.

Our focus on uniform, practical, on the job training, written and taught by local practitioners, ensures we work closely with law associations and leading law firms to continuously adapt our programs to the changing needs of the profession.

With 25,000 lawyers having completed their practical legal training at the College in NSW alone, countless more have prepared for their future with us across our five jurisdictions of operation.

The College of Law comprises Colleges in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New Zealand with accredited admission for graduates in the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory plus readily available admission routes in South Australia and Tasmania.
