Education NSWÂ introduces Kempsey Adventist School in Kempsey, for all your education and learning needs.
Kempsey Adventist School (KAS) is a co-educational school, owned and operated by Seventh-day Adventist Schools (NNSW) Ltd; a member of Adventist Schools Australia (ASA). ASA is a part of the world-wide Adventist education system, one of the largest Protestant education systems in the world.
KAS is a learning community which provides a safe and caring environment where each student is respected as an individual and nurtured academically, socially and spiritually. The unique structure of our program ensures students are provided with the best opportunities to leave school as mature, well-adjusted adults who are able to make a meaningful contribution to their community.
KAS undertakes to cultivate the best possible educational outcomes for each student. We believe that the type of person a student becomes as a result of their journey through our school is more significant than the final academic result they are supported to achieve. Our program therefore, takes students well beyond the traditional classroom to encourage the development of real life skills and perspectives that will enhance their lives both now and into the future. Our focus on nurture, further supports and enhances each student’s school experience.
Our comprehensive Board of Studies program is taught from a Christian worldview. Our students are encouraged to develop leadership skills and to grow spiritually as well as academically. With enviable student-to-teacher ratios, we have an impressive staff, a wonderful parent community and fantastic students.
Welcome to Kempsey Adventist School one of the popular educators in your Kempsey area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
