Education NSW introduces Bay MMA Mixed Martial Arts in Taylors Beach, for all your education and learning needs.

Open since March 2014, BAY MMA Port Stephens specialises in instructing Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, and is affiliated with the Jamie Ballard Academy of BJJ in Beresfield. Personal training sessions, cross-fit style cardio and strength training classes are also offered at BAY MMA.BAY MMA boasts a fully matted caged training area, and includes a boxing ring, heavy kick bags, speed balls, grappling dummies, MMA ground and pound bags, hand held focus pads, free weights, TRX ropes, battling ropes and olympic rings. As of March 31st 2015, members will also have access to an onsite full weights gym, separate to the matted MMA training area. A pole-fitness training area is also opening onsite in March, available to use by appointment only. Morning stretching and flexibility sessions are scheduled to commence in March 2015.All training gear required for class participation, such as hand wraps, mouthguard, gloves etc is available for purchase at reception.BAY MMA is a family-friendly gym and children are most welcome, however there are no child-minding facilities available at this stage. The gym is professionally cleaned daily, and all persons entering the caged training area are required to remove shoes prior to entering. Members are kindly requested to observe proper hygienic practices at all times, before, during and after training, for the safety and well being of all.BAY MMA is also an authorised distributor and stockist of YOR Health training supplements and digestive health products.
