Education NSWÂ introduces Traralgon Primary School Stockdale Road in Traralgon, for all your education and learning needs.
Stockdale Road was established in 1951. It is located approximately 120 kilometres east of Melbourne.
We endeavour to create a nuturing, caring learning environment for all students. We embrace the key concepts of Developmental Curriculum and Victorian Early Learning Standards. We believe that not all children are ready to learn the same thing at the same time in the same way. This is supported by a seamless approach to delivering curriculum, linking literacy and numeracy to all learning, promoting the social and emotional development of each child, and providing an environment that reflects the childrens needs, interests, ideas and strengths promotes the sense of individual choice and belonging.
We believe this will cement our aim to develop ‘life long learners’ by developing self regulating, respectful and motivated individuals. There is a strong partnership between parents and staff, with a high level of parent helpers, assisting in the facilitation of individual learning.
We offer our 450 students an attractive, safe and stimulating learning environment that has recently undergone extensive improvements to create an innovative educational environment. Our contemporary facilities have been designed to support contemporary learning.
Welcome to Traralgon Primary School Stockdale Road one of the popular educators in your Traralgon area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
