Education NSWÂ introduces Redwood Park Primary School in Redwood Park, for all your education and learning needs.
Redwood Park Primary is a public school for preschool to Year 7 students situated in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. It is part of the Tea Tree Gully Council area.
In the mid seventies the area surrounding the school experienced a period of accelerated development as a consequence of urban expansion. The school was built in 1978 to accommodate the many families moving into the district. The area is now well established and provides an extensive range of utilities as well as health, leisure and community services for families. Our school is located three kilometres from both the Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre and the amenities of the Golden Grove shopping precinct. It is 17km from the city centre of Adelaide and is well serviced by public transport via the O-Bahn guided rail bus service.
Our school provides a quality primary education for approximately 400 students. We have a purpose built Preschool offering a preschool program for children in their year before starting school. The Primary School buildings are open planned in design with classes from Reception to Year Seven. These classes are constructed with both composite and single level class combinations.
Redwood Park has a proud 30 year history of providing a quality education which aims to engage all students to ensure they achieve at the highest level of their learning and well being.
Welcome to Redwood Park Primary School one of the popular educators in your Redwood Park area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
